You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse content belonging to Bettermind or others.
A wellbeing product
Bettermind is a self-guided wellbeing and cognitive-training product. It supports self-understanding but does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. It is not a substitute for professional care.
Membership
Paid access is billed monthly until cancelled. You can cancel from settings, and access continues through the paid period. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.
Service changes
We may improve, update, or discontinue parts of Bettermind. If a material change affects a paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice where practical.
